What does Expidited Flat-Rate shipping mean? How mand days or weeks would it take to deliver from Tywang to Iowa? Because i ordered UGGS from Ebay on October 15th and they haven't arrived yet. Would you please help me.

1. Tywang? Do you mean Taiwan? If so, it could take a couple of weeks and Expedited Flat Rate shipping doesn't mean squat. If it DOES come from Taiwan, they're probably counterfeits, to boot - no pun intended, LOL!!!
